The company was founded in 2005 by Ingo Sexl as the sole shareholder. Since then, I have developed a bundle of highly specialized capabilities to support your IT service management.
As an expert in IT service management, Sitexs offers comprehensive services for the management of software applications. Once you have defined the needs to take your IT services to the next level, I take over the definition of process scopes, as well as the technical and organizational realization of large IT rollouts, up to the operation of complex IT systems.
Sitexs operates interlocked in Global Delivery Models. With the experience of many years in international IT projects, I provide my services worldwide - either with intelligent remote access or onsite.
My aim is to enhance the service competency and performance of my customers through result-based solutions. This is achieved by the introduction of enthusiasm, inspiration, motivation, loyalty and building corporate culture and values.

I am a certified IT service manager with considerable skills in all stages of the service lifecycle. Regardless of whether the project is to launch a new range of IT services, assist on existing support structures or discontinue unprofitable parts, I manage, integrate and operate IT services on behalf of your organization.

My job is to support and nurture you from the very beginning of the project till the end, and deliver it with complete customer satisfaction.

Company Timeline


The company Sitexs GmbH was established in April 2005, by Ingo Sexl as sole shareholder. This was preceded by a long international career of the founder in the IT sector as a web developer, project manager and IT service manager.

Major Order: Right after the foundation of the company, Sitexs took over the complete application operations of all IT systems of the European subsidiaries of BMW Financial Services and Alphabet International GmbH - service delivery for 12 European countries.

Over subsequent assignments, the company continuously grew. Soon it had a staff of 12 employees to operate over 30 productive applications and IT systems, and reached an annual sales volume in the 7-figure range.

The service included:

  1. Technical support, release/deployment of new IT systems and changes, processing incidents, problems and events.
  2. Plus service level, capacity, availability, configuration and business relationship management.
  3. As well as process transitions and improvements.

As a result of the international crisis-ridden years 2008/2009 and the coherent drop in orders, the companys' founder decided for a business reorientation in 2010.

Since 2011, Ingo Sexl is solely active under the umbrella of the company Sitexs GmbH as a freelance IT service manager and offers his years of experience to his customers.

  1. He organized with agile techniques several system transitions for the international subsidiaries of BMW Financial Services (e.g. Spain, China, France, Great Britain, a. o.).
  2. On behalf of the BMW Group Ingo Sexl performed outsourcing projects of service delivery to international service providers in Asia and Eastern Europe.
  3. Also, he supported a successful data center migration (transition) of all IT components of BMW Financial Services according to company strategy and ITIL® principles.

Since September 2017, Ingo Sexl supports service/change transitions and performs operational tasks for the infrastructure and platform environment of one of Germany's largest IT system landscapes - according to ITIL® and with agile methods.
